Prepaid Card Monthly Service Fee	FREE – with a minimum Direct Deposit or Bank To Card Transfer of $350 per month or FREE when you load Cash to your card account totaling $700 per month or more. If minimums are not met $5.95 will be billed monthly commencing upon cardholder's initial card load.

Bill Pay Services

Special research and documentation fee	$25.00 (may include authorization hold removal, card account verification, card account balancing, false claims, fraudulent charges, criminal investigation, reclamation, subpoena, etc)
Optional Supplementary Card Charges

Primary to Supplementary Card Money Share	$1.00 each load - $2,000 maximum Supplementary Card Balance
Supplementary Card Inactivity	$1.95 per month if zero transactions in a 45 consecutive period
International Charges

International ATM Cash Withdrawal	$3.95 per withdrawal plus 2.95% currency conversion
